Wonderfully,  totally,  enjoyable French dining experience... the food and wine were superb, the service from our young waitress was superlative, and the ambience was spot on...  we have no hesitation in recommending it...

A quality of service impeccable. De grandes professionnels disponibles, efficaces et &agrave; l&#39;&eacute;coute du client. Des mets (le pav&eacute; de boeuf &agrave; 30&euro;!) de tr&egrave;s bonne qualit&eacute; et &agrave; la cuisine r&eacute;pondant &agrave; la commande. Cependant, aucune recherche dans la pr&eacute;sentation. The same comment for the truite plate ordered by my wife. A large couac, however: a piece d&#39;Epoisse (or rather 2 bits coup&eacute;s et m&ecirc;me pas matures &agrave; point alors que l&#39;on est dans la r&eacute;gion d&#39;origine!) accompagn&eacute; de quelques morceaux de salade compl&egrave;tement fletrie, fan&eacute;e et entrepreneurable. The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a very good hotel.

We visited on a busy Saturday for lunch - reservations were necessary. The server had a lot of tables to take care of but she did a great job with a lot of spirit! The food was excellent - we loved the onion soup, escargot, duck and lamb shank. Desserts were a treat! Wine and beverages were also very good and well-priced, We enjoyed our visit and can&#39;t wait to go back when we next visit Semur-en-Auxois.

Une &eacute;quipe tr&egrave;s sympathique! Un resto avec une super d&eacute;co, ambiance top! On s&rsquo;est r&eacute;gal&eacute; pendant un repas pour le boulot! Ne pas h&eacute;siter &agrave; goutter les diff&eacute;rents plats sur la carte! &Eacute;galement, le plat du jour  fait tr&egrave;s envie 😉😎. Le prochain passage dans le secteur, sera en famille 👍🍻
